1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using any Home Era™ website, application, or service (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including property owners, residents/applicants, workforce members, investors/supporters, and visitors.

2. Early-Stage Disclosure (Important)

Home Era™, LLC launched in 2026 and is currently in a foundational, early-stage phase.
Features, programs, availability, and geographic coverage are limited and evolving. The Platform prioritizes property owner onboarding first. Resident intake, workforce access, and capital programs expand only where owner capacity exists.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes a guarantee of housing, placement, income, returns, or timing.

3. Connecticut-Only Scope (Foundational Phase)

During the foundational phase, Home Era™ operates exclusively in the State of Connecticut.
Programs, standards, and compliance are designed to align with Connecticut law and local requirements. Expansion beyond Connecticut, if any, will occur only after formal updates to these Terms.

4. What Home Era™ Is — and Is Not

Home Era™ is:

A housing operations and coordination platform
A standards-driven system for owner partnerships, resident screening, and accountability
An early-stage infrastructure builder

Home Era™ is not:

A public housing authority
A landlord (unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement)
A real estate brokerage
A lender or bank
A guarantor of tenancy, income, or outcomes

5. Property Owners (Priority Role)

Property owners are foundational to the Platform.

By listing or partnering:

You retain ownership and legal control of your property unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
Participation is subject to owner standards, verification, documentation, and enforcement policies.
Home Era™ may accept, limit, pause, or discontinue owner onboarding at its discretion to protect platform integrity.

Home Era™ does not guarantee occupancy, rent, or returns unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

6. Residents & Applicants

Submitting an application does not guarantee:

Approval
Placement
Timing
Continued availability

Resident access is phased and dependent on owner participation, eligibility criteria, and compliance with standards. All placements are subject to house rules, safety requirements, and enforcement protocols.

7. Workforce & Service Providers

Workforce participation is subject to:

Verification and onboarding
Performance standards and ratings
Availability of work within Connecticut

Home Era™ does not guarantee work volume, scheduling, or income.

8. Supporters, Donors, and Investors

Any financial participation:

Is governed by separate disclosures, agreements, or offering materials
Carries risk
Is not guaranteed

Home Era™ provides transparency tools where applicable but does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.

9. Platform Access & Accounts

You are responsible for:

Accurate information
Maintaining account security
All activity under your account

Home Era™ may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk mitigation, or operational necessity.

10. Standards, Enforcement, and Zero-Tolerance Rules

Use of the Platform is subject to:

Standards & Enforcement policies
Safety, Trust & Verification requirements
Zero-Tolerance Rules (including fraud, abuse, harassment, or misrepresentation)

Violations may result in immediate removal without refund or recourse.

11. No Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Home Era™ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Era™, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Era™, LLC from claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, systems, and materials are the property of Home Era™, LLC unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

15. Modifications

Home Era™ may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
